I’ve been a designer for over twenty years and I have worked in just about every facet of the marketing and graphic design industry. One thing I’ve learned in my twenty-plus years as a designer is that the best way to make sure you’re pushing the envelope on high quality and innovation is to surround yourself with the best talent you can find. I have managed to associate myself with some of the most talented people in the industry for most of my career. Sometimes it's difficult, because those individuals force you out of your comfort zone and make you explore the limits of your creativity. The most important thing I can do for my clients and for CDR is to never let myself find a creative comfort zone.
